what our guests have to say

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. They have a variety of rooms ranging from Spartan to luxurious. And the hotel is close to the town. In fact there’s a walking trail behind the hotel which leads into town. It takes about seven minutes to traverse. Breakfast is included and was very satisfying. The pool is attractive and gets lots of sun. The deck overlooks the town of Mykonos. Tip; the beat rooms are around the corner from reception. The superior suite is the largest, with the best view and the best price (value). Suites are well appointed and offer private outdoor hot tubs priced accordingly. If you are on a budget, take a small room. They are small and affordable but offer all you need. Staff; the owner (Sharon) is a delightful lady. Friendly, interesting

I just loved Villa Konstantin. The family who owns it definitely know how to treat their guests. Very professional and kind! Loved the Villa, my room, the swimming pool. Perfectly clean, relaxing atmosphere, fast service whenever we needed it, I have nothing but good comments. Oh, and a parking spot for us, so we could drive around whenever we felt like it without having to worry about leaving the car. Definitely coming back!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Villa Konstantin at the start of our trip to Mykonos and Naxos. The hotel is positioned overlooking Mykonos Town. The walk down to town is steep as others have commented, but the advantage is most definitely the view. Great continental breakfast, usually a buffet but served to us on two of the days due to guest numbers (because of travel restrictions we were the only guests on our first day so had the facilities to ourselves!) The hotel and rooms are well appointed and kept spotlessly clean. We loved the Cycladic touches. The pool is a good size for the number of guest rooms (19 in total). The owner, Sharon, and her husband run the hotel with their family (and their very cute dog called Sophie who was clearly missing the usual full house of

We booked Villa Konstantin after reading all of the positive reviews online and it's safe to say we weren't disappointed! Sharon was always on hand to help us with everything we needed and her lovely energy is infectious. We were the only guests staying at the hotel at the time because Mykonos has been very quiet with the pandemic and so she made us breakfast every morning which was incredible and a great way to start the day. Her daughter was lovely too and brought us eggs for omelettes and gave us a lift to the airport when we checked out. The property itself is clean, cute, and has great views of the sea, town, and sunset. A couple of reviews have mentioned there is a walk up the hill from town to get to the villa and that is true but without the hill there would be no view

Really great staff, always helpful and went the extra mile - thank you! Collection from airport was straight forward which made arrival simple! Room great, almost to much furniture, but the mini kitchen was helpful. We made use of the hot tub every night. It is a good 20 mins walk into town and we didn't attempt the walk back uphill so got a taxi instead every night, which can be quite a queue, but the lure of the hot tub worked for me!!

The villa is really well located, close enough to walk to Mykonos but far enough to enjoy a clam atmosphere and a nice view of the island. The room was cute and clean and kept the Cycladic style. What we enjoyed the most was how friendly Sharon, her daughter and Salvador were ! They gave us very helpful tips. But most appreciated was that they helped us to find and bring back our suitcase which was lost during our flight 🙂 We definitely recommend a stay at Villa Konstantin!

Everything about Villa Konstantin was incredible. Our flight got in at 2 am due to a delay, and they were the most accommodating people. Our room was set up for us and the driver, Salvador, was extremely kind. The next morning, the breakfast was lovely and Sharon gave us all of the best recommendations in Mykonos. She also gave us an extremely helpful and specific map with all of the beaches and bars, and then broke it all down for us. As four young women traveling alone, Sharon and the rest of the staff at Villa Konstantin made us feel safe and at home. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We had the most fabulous night staying here. The staff were so incredibly kind and accommodating, I have never experienced such genuine kindness from staff from any hotel I’ve stayed in in the past. nThe rooms were so incredibly comfortable. The pool and lounge areas are amazing. The staff made our entire stay, we got some amazing recommendations & were able to lounge at the pool all day after we had checked out. nThank you all to the amazing staff who looked after us to well!! Could not recommend this enough

This magically charming little hotel is situated right at the top of Mykonos town and has excellent rooms and amenities. We stayed in two rooms, a regular room and the suite and both were charming and very well decorated and appointed. The suite had an in room hot tub, while the regular room was comfortable if somewhat compact. The hotel is family run and all of the staff are lovely and extremely helpful. We met (by accident) one of the hotel staff at the airport who helped us with our luggage to our rental car. The hotel has a lovely pool for swimming and tanning, including very comfy sun beds with umbrellas. The included breakfast is a delicious assortment of local dishes and is served buffet style with coffee (and offers almond milk for lactose intolerant folks like me). The staff are ready to address any tourist needs including but not limited to quad rentals, club reservations, transfer services, or just a meal recommendation. The guests were a mix of Americans and Europeans, who all seemed likewise charmed by the hotel. Hotel is right by a footpath down to the town (a bit of a hike on the way up but doable) or a €10 cab ride to anywhere in town (handy if you’ve over eaten or otherwise over indulged). This is a 5/5 and we’ll be returning.

We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Villa Konstantin. Our family of 4 had two rooms booked and they were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast is not included but is only $10/person and offered your typical European breakfast variety of yogurt, egg, meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries. It was very filling and delicious. The location is absolutely perfect - just up the hill from Mykonos town. A 7 minute walk down a pretty rough path. Pay attention your first time down so you can find your way home again 🙂 Ladies, do not wear heels (similar to all the islands), better to wear practical flats or you will be cursing yourself. The best part of Villa Konstantin is the very welcoming staff. Sharon and her daughter Poppy run the place - a real life Mamma Mia which Poppy said she hears quite often! They offered up great advice for the island such as restaurants, beach clubs, etc and their suggestions were always spot on. The rest of the staff were wonderful as well. You can hire them to take you to beach clubs, etc and they were always prompt and so friendly. Speaking of friendly… we nearly went home with some of the cats per my daughter’s urging. The cats are sweet and always welcome a cuddle or a warm lap to sit in. Highly recommend Villa Konstantin!

If you want to sink straight in to vacay mode without taking a few days to get there Villa Konstantin is your spot. Conveniently location, charming hotel with fabulous ownership and staff. There was a great breakfast each day and we really enjoyed seeing the staff and guests at the beginning of each day. We had communicated upfront with restaurants and ideas and they got right back to us helping with bookings and offering suggestions to make our stay more unique. Thanks to Sharon, Poppy, Tonja and Salvador who helped make our holiday that much more memorable.

This is a wonderful place - very clean comfortable and rooms are exactly as advertised. Sharon and Poppy are so kind and provide so much great advice. In terms of the room - comfortable beds, super clean, large bathroom, and our room had an incredible view where you can have a glass of wine on your balcony and watch the sunset. It is 10 minutes to the main town, and a 15 min + hike back up. Very lovely pool, wonderful breakfast. Lovely common areas and these super cute friendly cats and one dog that the owners have. Do not hesitate to book. Stay here, rent a car and see Mykonos without the cliches. HIghly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Konstantin, it really felt like a home away from home. The hotel and rooms is just what you’d want for a typical Greek getaway, and the pool was lovely and quiet with views of the sunset. We had heard taxis could be difficult to find in Mykonos but the hotel helped us book transfers without overcharging, and we ended up arranging all of our transfers for the week with the same company. It wasn’t difficult to walk into town and the walk felt safe for two women alone… just wear flat shoes! Sharon, Poppy and the rest of the team were perfect hosts, and nothing was ever an issue – they helped with everything including a very late check in. The highlight was definitely the beautiful cats, they made it very difficult to leave! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

On my second visit to Mykonos this was a gem of place to stay, had clean pool facilities, amazing views and best of all the service was immaculate. Villa Konstantin is in a good location close to both the Airport and the Mykonos Old Town. Furthermore the Villa Konstantin has Yoga studio and designated instructors so you can keep in great shape whilst enjoying the beauty of Mykonos, highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

We booked Villa Konstatin trusting the wonderful comments and lovely photos of the property that we saw online. Once we arrived the owner, Sharon warmly welcomed us and showed us how to orientate on the island through a map explaining which beaches and restaurants it was best to go to during our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean with a breathtaking view of the sunset over the sea and Mykonos Town, the pool was clean as well and well maintained, equipped with all comforts including beach towels. The breakfast was exquisite, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients, Greek yogurt with fruit and honey, cappuccino, pastries ... the location of the villa is very convenient, a ten-minute walk from the center and 5 minutes by taxi from the port and airport.
